How do parents receive information about the outcome of individual assessments? How are results of assessments stored, for how long and who has access to the results?

Students are asked to take photographs of individual assessments when they complete their feedback work, parents will be able to see the results by looking at the photographs. These are typically stored in teacher’s mark books which may be shared across departmental areas using shared spreadsheets. These records are kept for the duration of the time the students are studying the course.
