Chesterton Research School
Chesterton has been at the forefront of educational research for several decades. The proximity to the University of Cambridge has resulted in a number of longitudinal studies carried out by Chesterton staff and members of the Faculty of Education. The school has been interested in a number of areas including: the role of technology, dialogue teaching, student voice as well as exploring how teachers can be researchers. Chesterton staff are well qualified to carry out research given many have research degrees at iPHD and master level. We believe passionately in research – based evidence being at the centre of what we do and feel this has contributed significantly to improvements over the years.
