How to donate

If you would like to support the students at Chesterton – but haven’t the time to volunteer or attend the events put on by the PTA – financial contributions, big and small, are always welcome.

The easiest way to donate is through the PTA, either by Standing Order or a one-off donation. Please have a look at the guide below. If you have any questions, feel free to contact the PTA Committee at

How to Donate to the PTA

Donating to the PTA is easy – please do one of the following:

1 – Setup a monthly standing order using Online Banking to the PTA’s account:

2 – Complete the Standing Order Mandate available by clicking here and send it to your bank

3 – Make a one-off donation using the bank account details above


Don’t forget Gift Aid

If you are a UK taxpayer, you can boost your donation to the PTA​​​ by 25p of Gift Aid for every £1 you donate. No matter how you donate, or the size of your gift, please fill in the online form below to allow us to claim GiftAid on your donations.

Charity Gift Aid Declaration – multiple donations

Gift Aid is reclaimed by the charity from the tax you pay for the current tax year. Your address is needed to identify you as a current UK taxpayer.

• want to cancel this declaration
• change your name or home address
• no longer pay sufficient tax on your income and/or capital gains
If you pay Income Tax at the higher or additional rate and want to receive the additional tax relief due to you, you must include all your Gift Aid donations on your Self- Assessment tax return or ask HM Revenue and Customs to adjust your tax code.
