Chesterton uses a system called ParentMail to communicate with parents via email.


We use ParentMail to share letters and important information with parents, especially those which require follow-up action by parents.


Our aim is to be able to contact 100% of parents who have email addresses via Parentmail.

When your child joins Chesterton you are automatically included in Parentmail and you will receive a ‘Parentmail registration email’ to the email address you have provided on your child’s application.  When you receive this message, please ensure that you confirm your details within 7 days – once you have done this you will receive all information which is relevant for your child.

If you do not receive your registration message within 7 days of your child starting at Chesterton, please let us know so that we can check the information we hold is correct.
